District Property Trust, also known as District REIT, is proud to announce that effective March 31st, 2021, the District REIT Price Per Unit is officially increased to $10.60 from $10.00. This is great news, as it indicates growth in the underlying portfolio.

With this Unit Price increase, investors will also see their principal investment increase by 6% due to capital appreciation. This is in line with District REIT’s target of 3-5% per annum for capital appreciation.

Investors of District Property Trust will continue to see a targeted total annual return of 11-13% that includes an 8% per annum current distribution (paid monthly), in addition to 3-5% per annum targeted capital appreciation.
