Carmen Campagnaro has been active in the real estate industry for over 25 years and is the Principal & Trustee of District REIT™. Carmen is also the Founder & President of Pro Funds Mortgages, a real estate investor focused mortgage brokerage. To date, she has arranged and coordinated mortgage funding in excess of $3 billion dollars with private and institutional lenders. Additionally, Carmen is the Co-Founder & Managing Partner of Valour Group, a development and construction group of companies, the Founder & Owner of Once Upon A Stay™, a vacation rental company that spans North America, and Co-Host & Producer of 30 Minutes To Wealth™, a Canadian real estate television show. Carmen’s success can be attributed to her deeply rooted love of real estate, and her constant drive to assist her clients in achieving their financial and investment goals.
Hussein A. Hamdani is a partner at SimpsonWigle LAW LLP and is engaged in general corporate commercial practice that includes commercial and residential real estate law. He serves as a board of directors for many national, provincial and regional charities and acts as a trustee at the Hamilton Law Association. He has won many awards for his pro bono and volunteer work, including 2015 Urbancity Magazine’s 30 Most Influential People in the City of Hamilton and 2021 United Way Lawyer of Distinction Award.
Simeon Papailias is a frequent guest on various media channels, offering a fresh perspective and exceptional guidance. He is the founder of BrokersPlaybook and co-founder and managing partner of REC Canada, an investment-focused real estate firm home to 40 senior brokers dealing with $400+ million in Canadian real estate each year. He studied at Ryerson University’s Accounting and Financial Management program. Today he is recognized as a heavily connected industry influencer and a respectable philanthropist while working on revolutionizing the real estate investment process by developing AI tech ecosystems.
John Harry has worked in the financial services industry for over 40 years. His experience includes business development, credit and risk management, portfolio management as well as loan workouts. He has overseen the origination and management of approximately $20 billion in real estate investments. He currently runs his own real estate consulting business. John is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors and also serves on the Stakeholder Advisory Committee for the Mortgage Brokering Sector of the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario.
