35 Wellington was built in 1869 as a church and over the years was associated with several religious denominations in the city of Brantford. The building was substantially renovated and converted to residential use in 2006. Its four suites are positioned at the upper end of the downtown rental market given their layout, finishes, and intimate street-front scale.
