This historic industrial building built in 1880 was substantially renovated in 2016 for a program that supported individuals with disabilities, therefore accessibility and safety were paramount. As a result, the elevator was modernized and all common areas and suites are designed to heightened accessibility standards. The fourth floor was converted in 2019 and embraces the heritage of the building where the suites are more loft-like with exposed brick and industrial ducting.
