Distribution Reinvestment Plan

No commissions, service charges or brokerage fees are payable by participants in connection with the Dividend Reinvestment Plan “DRIP”. The actual amount distributed will depend on numerous factors like District Property Trust financial performance, debt covenants and obligations, interest rates & working capital requirements that will impact units allotted under DRIP.
